Spring Drive powered timepieces mark the smooth passage of time, mimicking the natural flow from one moment to the next. Grand Seiko's "The Nature of Time" theme reflects Japanese spirituality, where each moment is expressed through light and shadow, and this philosophy is evident in their watch designs. The deep red dial of this model draws inspiration from the summer sunrise over the Hotaka mountains, near the Shinshu Watch Studio. It features a black ceramic bezel, silver-toned Lumibrite hands, and dual-curved sapphire crystal. The GMT function tracks two time zones, a power reserve indicator shows battery status, and the date function is positioned at 4 o'clock. Powered by the in-house 9R66 Spring Drive calibre, it offers a seamless second-hand sweep, accurate to +/-15 seconds per month, with a three-day power reserve. This timepiece is limited to 1,300 pieces worldwide.
